1) Ratification of the Minutes of the Meeting of the Ordinary General Assembly held on 28th April 2024.

2) Discuss and approve the Annual Report of the Board of Directors on the activities of the chamber for year 2024.

3) Discuss and approve the financial position and the report of the External Auditor for the Financial for year 2024.

4) Appointment of the External Auditor for the year 2025.

5) Any other business:

Amendment of Article (26) of Legislative Decree No. (48) of 2012 and Article (30) of the Executive Regulations of Legislative Decree regarding the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
