Bahrain Chamber and Oman Chamber discuss logistics and food security projects

Enhancing business and trade, and encouraging investments and partnerships between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Sultanate of Oman were the key areas of discussion in a virtual meeting held earlier on the (6th July 2022) between the first Vice-Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber Mr Khalid Najibi and Head of Al Buraimi branch of Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) Mr Zaher Al Kaabi.

Mr Najibi underlined during the meeting the investment and partnership potentials between both brotherly countries particularly in food security projects and in the logistics sector. He stressed the importance of consolidating efforts to encourage and expedite joint projects that will enhance mutual economic gains.

A number of participants took part in the meeting, amongst of which: Ebrahim Zainal, Nawaf Al Zayani, Khalid Al Amin, Ambassador of Bahrain to Oman H.E Juma bin Ahmed Al Kaabi, and the Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of Oman to Bahrain Dr Mohammed bin Ali Al Balushi.
