For her part, Board member, Sawsan Abualhasan emphasized the importance of bilateral investments in strengthening the relationship between Bahrain and China, noting Bahrain favorable environment for Chinese investors, with its strategic location, favorable business policies, and skilled workforces. Anticipating a surge in Chinese investments post-visit, Abualhasan identified Fintech, education, and agriculture as promising sectors. These investments, she emphasized, will not only enrich Bahrain's economic landscape but also serve as a pathway for Chinese companies to access the Middle Eastern market, fostering greater economic integration and mutual benefit.
For his part, Board Member Ahmed Yousif Ali highlighted that His Majesty's historical visit will be beneficial to Bahrain. Such visits will open new ventures for development and prosperity in all areas. The visits are aimed to foster knowledge exchange and to promote investment initiatives, with particular emphasis on bolstering projects within the construction, real estate, and logistics sectors.
