Najibi highlighted that the volume of non-oil trade between Bahrain and China reached approximately 2.4 billion US dollars in 2023, making China Bahrain's largest import trade partner. He stressed the Chamber's keenness to enhance economic cooperation with China across all fields, and to foster joint coordination to attract more Chinese investments to Bahrain, as it will increase the volume of trade exchange and tourism.
In turn, BaoAn stressed his country's keenness to strengthen and expand the bilateral relation with Bahrain, aiming to achieve common goals and explore new horizons together.
Also present at the meeting were Second Vice-Chairman, Mohamed AlKoheji, Vice Treasurer, Head of the committees’ Steering Group at the Bahrain Chamber, Waleed Kanoo and Board Member, Abdulwahab Al Hawaj.
