For his part Ambassador Sofonia provided a brief about his country and potential for cooperation between Bahrain and Lesotho. He noted that mining and diamond mining are some of the strongest areas within Lesotho’s industry sector, stressing on the availability of business and investment opportunities in pharmaceuticals and textile. He also reiterated keenness on creating links between Bahrain Chamber and its counterpart in Lesotho.
Separately, Nass also met Tunisian embassy’s Chargé d'Affaires Mouna Maaloul, and discussed the fraternal and bilateral relations that unite the leadership and peoples of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of Tunisia. He expressed the Bahraini private sector's welcome for further cooperation with Tunisia in various economic sectors, while emphasizing the need to activate trade and investment cooperation between Bahrain and Tunisia in various fields, including addressing the logistical challenges faced by both parties, in line with the aspirations of both sides.
For her part, Ms. Maaloul commended the efforts and prominent roles undertaken by the Chamber in promoting cooperation and investment relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of Tunisia.
